This is a healthy and yummy way to eat bananas. The texture of the frozen fruit is creamy and delicious, and kids love them!

Ingredients:

3 bananas
wooden sticks
1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips

Optional:
tablespoon nut topping
crispy rice cereal
granola
or shredded coconut

Peel the bananas and remove any stringy fibres. Cut the bananas in half and push a stick through it, cover them in plastic wrap and freeze for about three hours.
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-proof bowl and cook until the chocolate melts. Dip the frozen bananas in the melted chocolate and cover with your favorite topping.
For the pink bananas just use white chocolate and food coloring.

Rest the pops on a plate covered with waxed paper and freeze until ready to serve.
