Chicken Italian
½ c grated Parmesan cheese (put some bread crumbs in too)
2 T minced fresh parley
1 tsp diced oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp pepper
2 whole chicken breasts (cut in half)
3 T butter or olive oil
Combine Parmesan, parsley, oregano, garlic and pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter then in cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake 375 for 25 minutes.
